Reduce Your Risk For Other Cancers

These have been shown to reduce the risk for cancer (besides breast cancer), and other health problems.

1.Exercise for 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week.

2.Eat a natural diet of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

3.Reduce (or eliminate) the amount of processed meat in your diet.

4.Limit alcohol consumption.

5.Limit your exposure to the sun.
